RP Maintenance was contracted in 2005 to renovate three bathrooms, a kitchen, servants
quarters and an outside verandah area.

The bathrooms were completely gutted and all new plumbing and fittings installed,
including a new geyser. The kitchen was completely gutted and all new plumbing installed.
Interleading walls were removed and lintels fitted to make an open plan dining area. French
doors were fitted and a verandah created at the back of the house. The servants quarters
were reconstructed and new plumbing and fittings installed.

All the work carried out at my home was conducted professionally and on time with minimum
of disruption given the size of the project. The wooden floors and furniture were well protected
at all times and rubble timeously removed.

I found Ryan's team to be very helpful and prepared to go the extra mile. RP Maintenance works
well with other contractors when necessary, as was required with my renovation. There were
electricians, painters and kitchen contractors to factor in.

To date, I have experienced no problems with the work carried out and have always found
Ryan readily available for any further queries or requirements.
